ac76 Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the relationship between ac76 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses ac76's services ("Player", "you", "your"). ac76 operates an English-language online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of ac76. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, tournament terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific document expressly states otherwise.

ac76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address on file. Your continued use of ac76 following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform immediately.

ac76 operates as a safe and reliable platform employing industry-standard security measures including 128-bit SSL encryption across all connections. ac76 does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ac76's services is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager.

To register and use ac76, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ac76 operates a strict 18+ policy and will permanently close any account found to belong to an individual under this age, with immediate forfeiture of all balances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You are not acting as an agent, intermediary, or nominee for any third party. All accounts must be funded and used exclusively by the registered account holder.
• You have not previously been excluded from ac76 or had an account permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not employed by ac76 or by any game provider, software supplier, or payment processor with whom ac76 has a contractual relationship, where such employment creates a conflict of interest in respect of platform use.
• You are using ac76 for personal recreational purposes only and not for any commercial, professional betting operation, or systematic exploitation of any promotional offer.

ac76 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a player's account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified in ac76's request will result in account suspension until documentation is received and verified. Where age verification reveals a player to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned via the original deposit method, with all winnings and bonus credits forfeited in full.

ac76 employs automated and manual age-verification checks during the KYC process and may use third-party verification services operating under Bangladesh data protection standards to confirm player age and identity. These checks are mandatory and non-negotiable as a condition of withdrawal processing.

Your Responsibility for Account Security

You must notify ac76's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. ac76 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Duplicate Accounts

If ac76 determines that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — ac76 reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, cancel all bonus credits, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a full account review. In cases of deliberate duplicate account creation to exploit promotional offers, ac76 may also report the activity to relevant financial institutions.

All financial transactions on ac76 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ac76 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. Current minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on ac76 is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits subject to your chosen payment method's own transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ac76 account balance in real time following confirmation from the mobile financial service provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking business hours to reflect in your ac76 account balance depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• ac76 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in a name other than your own. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
• ac76 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit that triggers an internal compliance review, including deposits that appear inconsistent with a player's stated financial profile.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the payment method used to fund your account. ac76 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until full verification is confirmed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• ac76 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ac76 accepts no responsibility.
• In circumstances where ac76 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, ac76 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of an internal review. ac76 will notify the affected player as soon as it is legally and operationally possible to do so.

ac76 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players in Bangladesh from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and BPL/IPL cricket-season specials. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a fully verified ac76 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus credits and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted. Players who wish to opt out of all bonus offers may do so by contacting ac76's support team via live chat. Once opted out, bonus credits will not be applied to the account unless the player explicitly requests re-enrolment in ac76's promotions program.

By registering for and using ac76, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities in Bangladesh.

You Must

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes.
• Use ac76 exclusively for your own personal recreational gambling. Commercial, professional, or systematic use is prohibited.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh relating to online gambling, financial transactions, and data privacy in respect of your use of ac76.
• Notify ac76 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• Conduct all financial transactions via payment methods registered in your own name. You must not use ac76 to process payments on behalf of any third party.

You Must Not

• Register more than one ac76 account, or register an account on behalf of another person, or allow any other person to use your account.
• Use any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Attempt to exploit any technical error, software malfunction, pricing error, or system vulnerability on ac76 for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error are void and will be reversed from your account balance.
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players or with game operators, or any other activity that constitutes cheating or fraud in respect of any game or betting market on ac76.
• Use ac76 to launder money or to process any proceeds of criminal activity. ac76 maintains active anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh without prior notice to the affected player.
• Post, transmit, or communicate any abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content via ac76's live chat, support channels, or any other communication tool provided on the platform.

ac76 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in ac76's request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
• A player's self-exclusion request — voluntary self-exclusion results in immediate and irrevocable account suspension for the duration specified or permanently if permanent self-exclusion is selected.
• A legally valid instruction from a competent authority in Bangladesh or another relevant jurisdiction requiring ac76 to restrict or close the account.
• Extended account inactivity, defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closing an inactive account, ac76 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player at their registered email address. Any real-money balance remaining in an inactive account will be held by ac76 for a period of 36 months from the date of last login, after which unclaimed balances are forfeited.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ac76 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any active bonus credits, which will be cancelled) will be returned to the player via their primary verified withdrawal method within five business days. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to fresh KYC verification and confirmation that the original closure was not a responsible-gaming self-exclusion.

ac76 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and, while it makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or technical failure at all times. Planned maintenance windows and emergency technical interventions may cause temporary service unavailability, for which ac76 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where operationally possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac76's liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance held in the player's account at the time of the relevant incident. ac76 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

ac76 is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side, including mobile data outages, ISP disruptions, or device failures.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, government action, natural disaster, or any event beyond ac76's reasonable control.
• A player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials or their failure to log out of a shared device.
• Any third-party payment provider's failure, delay, or error in processing a deposit or withdrawal instruction submitted via ac76.
• Any decision by a player to gamble in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ac76's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ac76's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in Bangladesh.

If you have a complaint regarding ac76's services, you should contact the support team via live chat in the first instance. ac76 will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. ac76's decision on any complaint, made following a full internal review, shall be final and binding on both parties to the extent permitted by applicable law.
